The birthplace of coffee, we source Ethiopian Harrar, Guji and Yirgacheffe coffee. All three are extremely delicate and flavorful. We roast ours to just before medium to get the most natural flavor out of these coffees. Grown in the highest region in Ethiopia, responsible for the unique flavor notes which make for an unusual but refined cup, characterized by strong citric acidity, sweet chocolate and floral/herbal notes of lavender, jasmine, bergamot and hops. 12 oz bag. ORGANIC.
